Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can someone please tell me how to catch febass because I want a milotic BUT I know he's in route119 but after 4 hours of surfing I don't think he is there ( do you have to fish?) please help me PLEASE

In the river in the route next to Fortree, fish in every panel and eventually you should catch him.
