Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can anyone tell me how to catch febass I know it is in route 119 but after 4 hours of surfing there I don't think he is there so can any one tell me if he REALLY is there and keep surfing or do you have to fish

Yes you do have to fish but if you would like to catch it easier, go to dewford and talk to the guy outside of the dewford hall and say the "hip and happening" thing where you are is mudkip ball.
ps. you need to use the super rod that you get from mossdeep.
