Question for Pokemon Emerald

Where on route 115 can you find jigglypuff? Is it in the water? Because that's the only place where I can see that you can catch pokemon.

You have to Surf up the coastline. There you will find an area with a couple of trainers and a grassy patch at the top where you can catch Jigglypuff.

Cross Stinger answered:

Have you tried going to the other side of the water and looking for a grass patch?

annefranman52 answered:

You must surf up untill you find a small patch of land with grass on, that is where Jigglypuff is located.

raptor91 answered:

When your in the water, swim left and keep going up. ps. You should find a little square grass.

ultraball211 answered:

Emerging from Meteor Falls you will see a Battle Girl in a little beach (battle her if applicable). From her surf towards the left then UP. You'll see another little beach. Enter and you'll see many trainers (battle them too). If the ninja boy blocked your way, come back there after going to another route. Above the ninja boy you'll see patches of grass where Jigglypuff rarely appears.

Oh, and don't forget to get TM01 (Focus Punch), a Calcium and some berries while your there.

goldentrainer_2003 answered:

Well, if you keep going north, you'll come across more land and a few more trainers. Accompanying them would be some berries and west of that would be, what do you know, grass! That's where you find Jigglypuff.

Zelda Fan answered:

No you surf up and you will find land, just look for it in the grass.

Hope I help

Go as far top as you can. If you ever battled a Jigglypuff, or double traded with a friend, then you can use the pokedex for better reference. There will be an opening between the rocks, you just didn't see it.

Beccamc answered:

Okay, go to Rustboro city. Go strait up until you can't go anyfurther. Go left. There should be some stairs. Go down them. Surf strait up, going past the girl on the little beach. You should find some more stairs. Go up them and go to the right of the trees. There should be a few trainers about. Keep going up until you find grass. Jigglypuff is in there.
