A good place to train would be the Elite Four, because the leaders are strong and you can get alot of money and Exp. Points.

I'd suggest the interviwers. They keep appearing in three locations, and if you use an EXP share on one of your Pokemon that's in battle, you can get over 2000 EXP a battle.

Anywhere.
Just find a place thats easy for you to train and earn EXP points.
My favorite place is the grass west of lilycove city.

Training in the Pokemon league is best, since you do get alot of exp. Points there.
