No you can't get a munchlax in Emerald. Pearl and Diamond will be for the Nintendo DS.

Me I heard it is soppose to come out this fall,or next year in june.

No. But maybe nintendo has a surprise stored for us. The lease date for Diamond and Pearl in the US is yet unknown.
