Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi I have Pokemon Emerald version.Is there any way that I can get Glalie,mewtew,Shelgon,Zangoose,totidile,chickorita,cyndaqiuil,torchic,mudkip,and scissor without using a gameshark and without trading?

P.S. Does anybody need help finding the three legendary regis

No,you have to trade or use a Gameshark or an Action Replay.

You can get glalie,mew2,zangoose and scizzor by trading but can get one of totodile chikorita and cydaquil by capturing all 202 Pokemon nut you can only pick one. Just trade with a friend who has the other Pokemon if you have 2

Yes, there is a way. You can use an AR. Smile
You can get the following without any of the three-AR, GS, PC.
Glalie by evolving the Snorunt you got at Shoal Cave.
Shelgon by evolving the Bagon you got at Meteor Falls.
Totodile/Chickorita/Cyndaquil by completing your pokedex with 200 pokemon.
But yet to complete the pokedex, you need to trade.
That's it.
