Hey it's me again.
This time I am trying to find Amphors.(I don't know if thats how you spell it).
Plz answer quickly.

It evolves from Flaaffy at level 30.

You need to trade it from FireRed, or LeafGreen to Emerald.

You can't catch him/her in emerald. It must be traded.

You can't get ampharos in the wild but you can get a mareep in the safari zone once you are the champion and the new area is open, it's in the SE part of the new section

Despite replies from other people who answer this question, Trading is not the only way to get it.

Once you beat the Elite Four, pay a visit to the Safari Zone. Once you enter it, go up until you can go right. You are now in the newly opened area of the Safari Zone: The Safari Zone Expansion Project. This is a place where you can catch many Johto Pokemon. So far, I've seen Mareep, Gligar, Aipom, Sunkern, Hoothoot, and so many others that I can't even remember them.... Go see for yourself.

You're going to have to evolve it from Mareep. You can only get that Pokemon in the Safari Zone after defeating the Elite 4. Look in the southern section of the newly unlocked area.
