Wailord evolves from Wailmer at level 40 and can be fished for on Route 129. Relicanth is underwater on Routes 124 and 126.

Wailord evolves from Wailmer, which you can get from fishing in Pacifidlog Town. It evolves at Level 40. Relicanth is found underwater on Route 124.
