If you attempt to do anything with the bad egg, your game file will be corrupted and most probably deleted.

You can not hatch bad eggs ever but they can mess your game up in egg form

Best not hatch it. That's all you need to know. Your game could freeze, not save correctly, or even delete your file. Your game could also have a bug in it. In other words, your stats could be different, including your name, ID#, and amount of money you have. Your Pokemon could also be different. If I am wrong, please say so. I'd also like proof because I hatched a bad egg and all of this stuff, ALL OF IT, happened. Well, in my Sapphire... Anyway, either get rid of it, or stash it in your PC and leave it there.

Once you hatch it will freeze your game and Once it does, you will have to start all-over.(I should know because it happen to me.)

Just keep walking around give it sometime to hatch.
