Why can't you make Latios or Latias reproduce and grow levles in the day care center?

They gain one experience point for every step you take whilst they're in the Day Care, and they cannot breed.

They are legandarie Pokemon thats why they can not breed even though they have genders. They should go up in level when left in day care but I thik nintendo made it so you had to level them up

They can grow levels. There exp is just high.they can't reproduse because they are legendary.

Well, duh, no legendary Pokemon can breed eggs. And the reason your Lati's aren't growing levels could be two possibilities. One, your Lati's are already level 100, the maximum level any Pokemon can get up to. Two, you aren't taking enough steps. Each step increases your pokemon's Exp. Point by one (the ones that are in the Day Care, at least). So, point is, take more steps.
