9.7/10 I'd say. Exelent all ok but if you have that many lv 100s, in your party should be all pokemon lv 100 get rid of venusaur and replace with sceptile

Rayquaza should have flamethrower, ice beam, thunderbolt and earthquake
Groudon replace slash with flamethrower
Kyogre should have ice beam, surf, earthquake and thunder
Venusaur replace magical leaf with solar beam and razor leaf with sunny day max out giga drain PP
Swampert replace muddy water with ice beam
Charizard replace fire spin with heat wave and fly with earthquake
Dont switch any of your Pokemon just take my advice

Switch Venusaur for Deoxys, and that should be about it. I would rate your team a 9/10 with the change I gave you.
