Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi, I've been playing Emerald for a week and I wanted to get some ratings for my team. My mate has FireRed so I have some rare Pokemon. Charizard Level 63
Blast Burn
Heatwave
Earthquake
Aerial Ace

Deoxys Level 65
Psycho Boost
Calm Mind
Recover
Extreme Speed

Zapdos Level 64
Volt Tackle
Zap Cannon
Lock On
Fly

Regirock Level 60
Ancient Power

Nice team, aint much to say about it but 10/10. Try putting them closer together on there levels.

Your Charizard is great, your Deoxys if fantastic (i never heard of Psycho Boost), Zapdos is doing great (never heard of Volt Tackle), Regirock is pretty good, Metagross is awesome (never heard of Doom Desire), and your Salamence is doing fine. I would say your team is a great team and one of the best I have ever seen. And I like your move selection.
