Question for Pokemon Emerald

Yesterday I was looking around for fun because I was bored.
I was going in every bilding and I was in the city with the first gym.
I ran into a girl named walda. I don't know how to make her laugh.
I tried pokenuts and other stuff but she's not doing anything.
So my question is how do I make her laugh?
Can you tell me please?

I'll sure appreciatre who ever helpes me.

I actually had the same problem for a while. I ran across this website. You enter your Pokemon ID number and then select colors and stuff. When you make her laugh you get a secret background for the PC, so that's what you have to select colors and backgrounds for. When you select your colors and enter your ID number it takes you to a page that give you a long list of giberish. That is what you say to her to make her laugh.

This works only for Emerald.
