Question for Pokemon Emerald

I am a new peron on this and one reason I did make a username is cause I would like to find out new things about this game so... As my first question I would like to know(mainly from spider X)what is the action replay and gameshark codes for zap cannon on Pokemon Emerald?
(I would also like the codes for these TM's:

Hydro Cannon
Blast Burn
Frenzyed Plant

I'm sure Spider X will answer, but so will I. You don't need to cheat to getting any of these moves, but they are not at all TM's. Besides, I can tell you how to get Hydro Cannon, Blast Burn, and Frenzy Plant easily. You can only get them in FR/LG on Two Island. You get it on that cape place, where the old woman lives. The move you can learn depends on which starter Pokemon you chose. If you chose a Squirtle, your Blastoise would learn Hydro Cannon. If you chose a Charmander, your Charizard would learn Blast Burn. If you chose Bulbasaur, your Venusaur would learn Frenzy Plant. (By now, your starter Pokemon should be fully evolved ~hopefully~). Anyway, getting Volt Tackle is a little difficult. First make sure you either have 2 Pikachu's, 2 Raichu's, or 1 Pikachu and 1 Raichu. Make sure one is female and the other is male. Also, make sure that you obtained the item Light Ball, which can be held by a Pikachu in the Safari Zone. Anyway, have one of your Pikachu(s) or Raichu(s) hold the item. When they breed an egg, run around. It might take a while, it might not. But it most likely will... Anyway, when the egg hatches, you should have a Pichu that knows Volt Tackle. It's like an egg move, but this is a quite special egg move.
If you wanted cheats, I'm sorry, but I don't have any... Mostly because I don't cheat. But, you can try to do all this (of course, it'll take longer because you're not cheating). And if you do this and you found this helpful, would you mind rating it? And that can go for anyone else who reads this. I also wouldn't mind anyone verifying it...
