There is no specific Pokemon, it is completely random.
Nothing much, only Wynauts and a few rare berries.

Any Pokemon with a certain ID. You can collect IDs from your friends Pokemon by trading. Every game has an ID and changes every time you start over. Some sort of berry is found on mirage island, and Wobbafet(spl).

A Mirage Island sensitive Pokemon can let you see Mirage Island, just east of Pacidilog Town. On Mirage Island is a whole ton of Wynauts, and a special berry that lets you get a Golden Pokeblock.
