The only way I know is to get one in the fighting Dojo in saffron city in fire red.
When you have one just trade it.

Trade one over from FR/LG,or if you have a Hitmonchan/lee/top,breed with a Ditto,and you will get a Tyrogue,and at Level 20,depending on Attack and Defense stats,it will evolve,into either Hitmonchan,or Hitmonlee.

You will have to trade from Fire Red or Leaf Green.

Beat the gym that doesn't give you a badge. Instead he gives you ethier Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan... The gym is located beside the phychic gym.
