Hi I have two questions 1)What is a action replay?

1) A cheat device that gets you extra stuff(like money, Master Balls, etc) and Pokemon you cannot get without going to a Nintendo Event. Basically it "hacks" into your game's program and overrides it.

It's like $20 and can be found at Wal-Marts(etc.), and game stores. It can crash your game though in some cases.

2)Learn to read Braille!!! Seriously, go surf to Route 134 and stay along the bottom(you'll get pushed by the currents, so it may take a few tries) until you see a dark area in between a sort-of circle of 6 rocks-use dive to go underwater.

Then follow the underwater channel south until you reach a rock with dots on it-when you are in front of the message, go up now (it says "go up here"). You'll be inside a cave with a lot of tablets-on them in order is the translation for the alphabet into Visual Braille(like blind people use), and a period and comma on the little ones.

Copy this onto paper and use it to figure out the other messages, the 1st being in that room(ok, it says"Dig here.", just so you know if your braille translation is right so far.). Do just that and you'll get into the next room-then it tells you on those mounds what Pokemon you need to have with you to make the 3 areas with the regi in them unlock.

Return there once you have them and go to the north-most mound-the ground will shake, and the 3 regi caves around Hoenn will unlock.

One is on Rt 105 on an island by itself, one is in the desert(Rt 112), and the last is on Rt 120 up some stairs all the way to the west(start from the bottom and go up 2 sets of stairs in the western area) near a guy who is also looking for the ruins.

If you did the other stuff right all 3 of these caves should be open now. Go in them and read the braille messages, follow those directions, and then get yourself the 3 Regi!!

Of course, I could tell you all of the braille translations, but that would ruin(no pun intended) all the challenge!!! It's not too difficult, blind people do it without even being able to see!! Someone will probably post them anyway, but I figured I'd leave some mystery to it.

Fly to pacifidlog town from there surf left till you come to water currents then surf down as far as you can then left all the way untill you get to a water patch were there is a dive ring in the middle. Dive down, exit the cave and go to the bottom, you will see aa rock with brail on it. Press A on the brail and then dive up too the surface. Go right to the top of the cave and there is a wall with brail on it press A on the brail then use dig there will be a hole in the wall enter the hole go too the back and press A on the brail then from the middle of the brail move ( down 2 right 1) and then there is an earthquake you will then here 3 clicks get out of there and go over to dewford town. HERE IT IS THE FUN BIT ! : )

Regice:
Surf left of dewford and then go up untill you see a trainer with land behind him. Get onto the land there is water behind the land go up and theres more land with a cave on it. Enter the cave go up to the top. In the middle of the brail press A then from there run round the out line of the room untill you reach the middle of the brail and when done a hole will apear in the middle of the brail enter save game and there is regice

Regirock
Go to lavaridge town. Then go in the desert and go right as far as you can then go down there is a cave similer to the one regice was in.
AGAIN middle of the brail and press A then left 2 and down 2 and use rock smash then a door will apear in the middle of the brail. AGAIN save game and there is regirock

Registeel
Go to lilycove city from there go left as far as you can untill you reach a girl near a berry patch speak to her and she will givee you a berry then there is a set of steps behind her go up them. Up till you reach some grass through the grass to the top and there is the cave go inside. AGAIN press A on the middle of the brail and stand in the middle of the room and use flash
