You can find codes in the gameshark codes section or the action replay section. You can buy one from any good gaming or eelectronics store

You get the codes form websites like supercheats.com. You don't buy it. Here scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see in the orange text Action Replay codes and Gameshark codes. The cost is Totaly free!
