Hi sorry for askin so many questions but this game confusess me any way last quetion for awial ok ready:
1.Where do you get quick claw I can't find it?
2.Where do you get the TM sing?
Please answer soon latios is apperring everywere now and I really need him
P.S. Were is regi steel I can't find him?

1. Quick Claw, is it? Well, go to Rustboro City and go into the Pokemon School. The teacher should give it to you after he "threatens" his students.
2. Sing isn't a TM, it is only a move learned by certain Pokemon, like Jigglypuff.
3. Registeel is on route 120. If you don't know what to do to catch him, all you do is go to the center of the room and use Flash (HM05).
Oh, and don't worry. We all come here to answer questions, no matter how long it is.

2. There is no TM for Sing, I'm sure of it.
3. Registeel is on the south-western side of route 120. To get into his chamber(I'm assuming you've already captured Regirock and Regice), you must solve the braille code, which I will not give away. More suspense, I guess? :P

1. The quick claw is found in Rustboro City and wild Pokemon.
2. TM Sing does not exsist.
You can stop Latios by using Mean Look. A move.
P.S. Registeell is in the Ancient Tomb at ROUTE 120.

You find the quick claw in Rustboro City, Battle Frontier, and wild Sandshrew hold it. There is no TM sing that I know of. And Registeel is in Ancient Tomb on the bottom left of Route 120. It is by a woman that gives you one random berry per day.

Answer for question 1 go inside the trainers school talk to the teacher and he will give it.
Answer for question 3
Fly to either fortree or lilycove city.Make sure you have someone who can use flash. Make your way to route 120's ancient tomb,which is quite near to a log bridge over water,the weather is usually stormy around the ancient tomb as well if you would like as a guide to it's location. Enter the cave and read the braille message. Position yourself in the center of the tomb by standing four steps directly above the door use flash and the entrance rear will open there you will find yourself fac to face witha level 40 regi steel
