Right what does pokerus do 3 of my Pokemon have it and I have no idea what it is.

Ok, hold on, don't beg! Pokerus is a very, very, very good thing to have. It is also rare but fortunate to get. Simply said, the Pokemon that have the Pokerus have their stat increase by one for every step you take. It spreads when you heal your Pokemon at a local poke center. The Pokemon that has it can also keep it if you put the Pokemon in the computer. Like I said, pokerus is a good thing, not a bad thing!

You are extremley lucky. Pok'erus is a virus that is actually good. The chances of Pok'erus occuring are smaller than that of encountering a shiny Pok'emon.
I am not entirely sure about what Pok'erus does, but someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Pok'erus is a condition that allows you to obtain more EV's, which let you obtain extra stats when you level up. For example, take a Lineoone, which you want to raise it's speed. You battle a Rattata(which is only an example), which gets you one extra speed stat more than it would normally gain when leveling up. Pok'erus multiplies the amount of EV's you receive.
