Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi, I am asking this question for my 12 year old niece.

I know nothing about Pokemon myself.

She asked if I could find a 12 character code or cheat that would give her a "Master Ball".

So far I haven't read anything about such a code. I guess my question is this....is there a code for Master Ball or does she just think there is.

She also said something about it had to be a Game Shark code. Any help would win me some points with her.

Thanks to anyone that can explain.

Check the cheat selection for this game,it should be there.

Did that. Can't find anything. Thought someone might direct me to where I can see the code (if there is one). Flying blind here. Have spent several hours looking around and not even sure if there is a code. Help..........please.
