How do you get the three tickets to go to the islands to get the Deoxys, Mew, Ho-oh and Lugia

There are two ways: an easy way and a hard way. The hard way is to go to Nintendo Event. The easy way is to cheat.

Officially, you must go to a Nintendo Event and they'll download the tickets into your game, but the events are rare and probably nowhere near where you live. Also,once they've done the downloads on a specific tour, you cannot ever get them again.(EX:The one to get Deoxys in FR/LG can no longer be obtained since they did that tour right after those games were released, so if you missed it, you are screwed since they won't do it again) I have no idea if they're going to give any more downloads for the tickets you mentioned since they did a 4 or 5 city tour soon after Emerald came out, and I think they did them all then. : (
But, if you REALLY want them, you can invest $20 into an Action Replay(Walmart & game stores carry them) and search the AR codes section right here at SC and use the warp codes to get to the places where you can get the above Pokemon, it actually works as I've done it myself, and it was way cool!! (You just need to turn off the AR once you get to the spot or it'll keep warping you to the same place!) There are other cool features on AR as well, like lots of Master Balls or money or whatever items you desire! Plus there are cheats for tons of other games, too. Just don't go nuts and enter too many at one time or you'll mess up your game. But, it is possible it will crash your game anyway, but it's rare and has never happened to me. Well worth the money I'd say!!
