2 the clone cheat does not work.

3 you don't need a dark Pokemon and you can't catch them here.

I have the answer to your third question if you started with torchic it will be a bit hard deafeating them unless you raise your blaziken until lv59 or lv60. I had a lv 55 blaziken but still I could not beat them. I started my game from the beggining and srarted with a mudkip it was a whole lot easier and my swampert was only lv 53

1) The best secret bases I've found are around Meteor Falls, and in the desert on Route 111. Some you need wooden boards to cover up the holes, but they're really roomy.

3) You can get Sharpedos by fishing on the shores of Mossdeep with a Super Rod, Absols are rarely found right outside of Fortree City, and Mighteyenas are outside of Lilycove.
