What level are the legendary pokemon. I don't think I spelled it right.?

Kyogre and groudon are at level 70 when you find them and rayquaza is at level 45 I think

You spelled it right. These are only the accessible Pokemon that you can get without trading or cheating. Certain ones are caught by obtaining tickets at Nintendo Events.

Ya spelled it right. It depends on the game you are talking about. In ruby/sapphire the Pokemon are the following: GROUDON: lv40(ruby)
KYOGRE: lv40(sapphire)
RAYQUAZA: lv70
REGICE, REGIROCK and REGISTEEL: lv40
LATIOS: lv40(ruby, wild) lv50(sapphire, Southern Island)
LATIAS: lv40(sapphire, wild) lv50(ruby, Southern Island) Latios and Latias will be holding Soul Dew if caught on Southern Island

In Pokemon leafgreen/firered the Pokemon are:
ZAPDOS(^^), ARTICUNO and MOLTRES: lv40
LUGIA nad HO-OH: lv70
DEOXYS: lv30(depending on the game, deoxys will be Normal form(Ruby, Sapphire), attack form(FireRed), defense form(Leafgreen) and...)
MEWTWO: lv70
RAIKOU, ENTEI and SUICUNE: lv40(The game automatically picks when you pick your starter, basically the legend has a type advantage against your starter)
