Simple. HM01, Cut- Obtained in the house next to the Poke Center in Rustboro City.
HM02, Fly- Obtained after the battle with your rival on route 119.
HM03, Surf- Beat your father in the gym battle and Wally's father automatically gives it to you.
HM04, Strength- Obtained in Rusturf Tunnell after you help the guy by crushing the rock with rock smash.
HM05, Flash- Obtained by the hiker near the enterance in Granite Cave.
HM06, Rock Smash- Obtained in the most southeastern house in Mauville City.
HM07, Waterfall- Obtained near the enterance in the same room where Kyogre and Team Aqua's leader is in on route 128. HM08, Dive- Obtained by Steven in his house in Mossdeep City.
