You haven't gotten it yet? Well, now you have to find your way out and find HM06, Rock Smash, as well, unless you have it already. Once you have it, go to Verdanturf City and go into Rusturf Cave. Use rock smash on the rock, and the guy will thank you by giving you HM04, Strength.
