Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi um this time I have a question that makes me concern about my Pokemon eggs.
When I was walking around to make my egg hatch it was in a team that had a Pokemon known as my Charizard has a Pokemon virus but, I know that it won't mess up game and it helps my Pokemon but my eggs has the virus and when I checked it's stats it says it's about to hatch in but I walked around for two hours and it never hatched. So my question is does Pokemon virus prevent eggs from hatching?


Someone please tell me or my Jhoto and Kanto starers eggs will never hatch.

To be honest I never knew that pokerus would stop a Pokemon egg from hatching but to my knowledge it should not prevent your Pokemon eggs from hatching. If they don't hatch they are bad eggs then they will never hatch ever and mess up your game in servere cases

Just walk around and it will hatch soon mine took me days for that

The Pokemon virus stops the eggs by hatching so I think that if you put all your pokemons that has Pokemon virus' in your pc but the Pokemon virus lasts for 2 days

You should go to the safari zone and use your bike.
