Question for Pokemon Emerald

Hi!! I'm new and I really don't know how too use this but anyways I am known as proffesor and my question is that I heard that you can get deoxys without trading it from fire or leaf version....

I saw this on super cheats gamboy advance place and its Pokemon emerald please answer me !!!!!

You can only get Deoxys if you use a cheat device.

You have to use a game shark or a action reply or go to a nintendo event to get the tickets to island 8 and 9 to get deoxys.

Getting it on Fire Red and Leaf Green requires use of the Aurora Ticket. Fortunately, this ticket is also compatible with Emerald.

You can get deoxys from either sapphire, ruby and I think emerald but on the moon and I don't now how to get up there ?

You need the Aurora Ticket. But it only came out at 2001. I think. You can also use AR or Gameshark. I put an AR code on the list so you can find a shortcut.
