Ok now where is the rooftop sale in lilycove city ?
I've beaten the league over 14x where is the rooftop sale .
My friend went to the moon and captured a jirachi, I've seen it with my eyes could it be a cheat?

There isn't a rooftp sale, there are occasional sales on, but not on the roof.

The rooftop sale is on the roof of the department store
You have to watch the tv for an advert for when the sale is on.
More than likely because it does not work that cheat

Done it in pokemon ruby...I guess its just a 0.005 chance to pop...but its worth

If you meen "When is the roof top sale", it is random.
That is a cheat, because you can not go to the moon.

There is no roof top sale, but there is a sale that occurs randomly. You have to watch the TV to find out that Lilycove has one.
It has to be a cheat. Or maybe it was a really lucky, yet possibly dangerous, glitch. Believe me, you don't want to go there (if it actually exists), unless you want to sacrifice all of your progress in the game. Otherwise, there is definately no way to get there cheat-free.

rooftop sale happens after a tv ad. going to the moon happens after the 100th rocket launch.

The rooftop sale is only after you beat the leage watch the tv to find out when. Jirachi on the moon , cheater there's no way to go to the moon or get jirachi legitly
