Corphish you fish for on Routes 102 and 117 or in Petalburg City. Feebas you fish for at certain squares on the stream on Route 119.

Feebas are rare and evolve into Milotic. It only appears in COMPLETELY random
Tiles, and only 5 of them on route 119. Corphish can be fished out of the water on
The route west of Mauville city.

Feebas - Fish anywhere on route 119 with any rod, eventually you'll find it.
Corphish - Fish on routes 102, 103 with good rod or super rod.
