It is completely random, so no one would really know, but I think there are some sites that can do it for you, the words depend on your trainer card.

There aren't any specific set of words to say. It's completely random.
If you check out this website (www.filb.de/?site=games/gba/emerald/word), you should get some combinations.
If you find a correct combination, he will give you Wallpaper for your PC.
