Question for Pokemon Emerald
I do not know how to get to the moon. I talked to everybody in the space center,but no one asked me if I wanted to go. How do I get to the moon?

You can't go to the moon it's just a saying that you can get jirachi there. (I think)

I heard this rumor that once 100 rockets launch, that white rock outside of the space center turns into Jirachi and you can find Jirachi randomly throughout Hoenn (kind of like lati@s). It seems like it would be true...
