You Need Serious Leveling up. And you only Need 1 Water Type.

Manectric: Good Moveset, Just Train it to level 60 as you'll need this one when you try and beat the champion.

Altaria: This could be good for the 4th e4 prsn

Azumarill: train it to level 55 so you can change double edge for Hydro Pump. And you don't really need strength...

Sceptile: Not bad, don't need rock smash

Tentacool: You don't need this Pokemon. Change it for a good Fire Type.

Solrock: You don't need this Pokemon either. Go to the sky pillar and Catch Rayquaza with your Masterball. Teach it Thunderbolt and Then go to the man in lavaridge with a Heart scale, and teach your Rayquaza Crunch

Magnetric cool it's ok
Alataria teach it some different moves that most dragon Pokemon have like dragonite which when I play using it it usually has thunder blot flamethrower hyper beam and icebeam
Azumarill it is ok but why strength also you only need one water pokemon
Sceptile cut and rock smash they have got to go I don't know if it can learn sunny day if it can teach it to him and solar beam. tentacool level it up and it's ok
Solrock that is ok teach it flamethrower instead of fire spin

Your team is good and you should be able to beat the elite four but you should try and get the legendary pokemon. And on the way to fortree city you talk to a man by a tree to get the TM hope this helps

Tentacool evolves at level 30, and you can get the TM Secret Power on route 111-112. Somebody gives you the TM.

You're team looks as though you'll have a hard time beating the elite four.
Manectric- As far as moves, I like them. As far as level...

Altaria- Good moves.

Azumarill- At level 54, Azumarill learns Hydro Pump. If you deside to wait that long, I reccomend swaping Double Edge for it.

Sceptile- Definately don not use Cut or Rocksmash!

Tentacool- He should be evolved. Check to make sure he isn't holding an Everstone. I reccomend switching your Tentacool with a stronger Pokemon too.

Solrock- I don't like Cosmic Power. Also, swap Fire Blast for Flamethrower.

Rate- 6.1

Manectric is pretty good I have one too and it has the same exact moveset, altaria is pretty good to but I would have gone with a salamence, azumarril well I would have gone with somethimng stronger like crawdaunt or wailord until I got kyogre. I personnaly went with blazeiken instead of scepile but ok.tentacool, same with azumarril, and solrock just give him psy chic instead of psywave and flamethrower in place of fire spin. You can get the tm in slateport out where there are lots of salesman north of the beach.

Well 5/10 cause you got no chance of winning the elite4

You get secret power in slate port city a woman sells it in the market and tentacool evolves in lvl 30
