After defeating the Pokemon League, Trainer Hill opens. Its a series of battles but you don't get experience points

Whats the pokemon league?Cross Stinger answered:
It opens after you defeat the Pok�mon League. It's similar to Trainer Tower in Fire Red and Leaf Green � you have four levels of tag match difficulties, and your objective is to make it to the top within a set amount of time.

I'm not sure when it opens. You just battle up an' down tryin' to make it to the top in a timely fashion.

It is a number of battles to do, you can go there after you defeat the Pokemon league.
