How/what is the easyist way to catch latios/latias? Please help

Catching it with a master ball, or use a wobbeffet(sp) they have the ability to keep Pokemon from running away.

Bring a monster like Trapinch or Wobbufet with you an' have it in slot 1. They have an ability called Shadow Tag or Arena Trap which prevents a monster from leaving.

The easiest thing to do is to use the Master Ball on Latios/Latias. Aside from that there is no real easy way to catch them.

Well, there is no easy way besides cheating. You find them randomly. That's that. To catch them, use a master ball.
If you don't have one, make sure you have a Woboffet or a Golbat/Crobat with Mean Look. If you use Golbat/Crobat, the first move you make before throwing any pokeball is using mean look.
For Woboffet, his effect forces the Lati to stay in battle. Anyway, after that, try to lightly lower their HP until they get into the red zone. Then, throw an ultra ball. Or many of them. You should be able to catch them soon.

Try getting it down to 1hp and then paralyzeing it.

Link with somebody who gave it's Pokemon a Masterball(of course take the masterball and link back),and if you chase latias,trow your masterball.I hope I gave some usefull help.
