I know for a fact that you asked this question before. Ask only once. To back me up, I can tell you that I answered this already. Just so you know, you have to look for your question in order to see all the answers to it. Only when there are no answers to it is when you ask again. Okay... Now that that's settled, the answer is that there is no specific place the Lati will be. They always start at a random spot and move to a random spot.

You have to find them in the grass/water first,then you can track them with your pokedex
