Old Sea Chart, you mean. Go to a Nintendo Event to obtain it. Or cheat. Then, go to one of the harbors and the captain will talk to you. Using it will take you to Faraway Island. Or, you can cheat to get there.

You need to go to lilycove's port and talk to the lady then theyll take you if it doesnt work you need the old sea map activator.
