Question for Pokemon Emerald
How come in Pokemon emerald I can't find any Pokemon contests instead I find battle tents every where and I checked in my manual and it says that there is Pokemon contests.

There is only one contest hall and thats in lily cove
Like in ruby and sapphire there is the master contest hall and it's in that building.

They're all in Lilycove City in one place for all the ranks and types of contests.

Burn your manual. Unless it's for Ruby/Sapphire. But, for Emerald, all the Pokemon Contests are held in one big Contest Hall in Lilycove City. I take it that you've never been to Lilycove yet, have you? Well... That's where they are held. Rate this answer.
