Where do I get the ticket to catch Deoxis???????

Lati's can appear anywere the way I caught mine was I went to the battle frontier and caught sudowoodo,then bought a bunch of max repelsused them and went looking for in my case latias then used my master ball.
Only lati's or other lv40's will appear if you use sudowoodo in first slot in your team with max repeal, as four deoxy's you need to go to a nintendo event and have them download it into your game.
P.S. While your there get the ticket for lugia/hoho

Latias/ latios only appear randomly throughot the game.
You'll have to go to a Nintendo event and download a ticket to get Deoxys.
