Use items such as protien iron etc. And berries that lower their stats but up their happiness. Then evolve eevee at night.

Ok, keep track of the game time and the real time. If you're training your eevee and the GAME time is between 6:00 pm- 5:59 am once it evolves, it'll evolve into an umbreon. But, be careful. If you're training your eevee between 6:00 am- 5:59 pm (game time) and it evolves, you'll get an espeon. Oh ya, and it may take a while. I suggest giving it lots of pokeblocks, berries and status ups (carbos, protein, iron, etc.) I also would make it hold a soothe bell (you get one once you have this girl notice a Pokemon that likes you a lot in the Slateport Fan Club.) Also, in battles, never have it lose. Rate this answer.
