Question for Pokemon Emerald
Where can you catch a bagon?? I've read that I can catch 1 in the dragon training grounds in meteor falls but I don't know where to go in meteor falls. I have already beaten the elite four multiple times.

You don't need to beat the elite four at all- as long as you have all 8 badges and HM03 and HM07- surf and waterfall.
You do go to the room with the old couple and the dragon tamer. But, go down those ledges and stay somewhat all the way to the left.
If you did it correctly, you should be in a place with stairs. Go down those stairs, and you'll be in a place where you can surf. So, surf, and there are two possible rooms you can enter.
The room where you can surf and at the end is TM02 (dragon claw) is the room you find Bagon in.
Run around the area where you found TM02, and you'll eventually find Bagon.

To find Bagon you must go to the back of meteor balls. But it might take awhile running into one.
