That phrase doesn't work in Emerald; you have to go to a Pok� Mart and fill out the questionnaire at the desk by putting LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL. The same can be done in Fire Red and Leaf Green.

First beat the eliat four and go to petalberg city and go in the pokemoncenter and tell the guy by the pc and tell him to link together with all.

Go to any pokemart and there should be a paper on the desk,click on it and type in what you said.

No it's at any poke'mart next to him there are sheets of paper, press A to sign the paper. (MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING) or (LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL).

Well the first thing I think you meant is go to Mauville and keep going left till you get to a house and go in and there is a women you tell her that.
The other one is go to any mart and look for a white paper and write it in thats all.
