You have a good team, but you should take away Swamprt's, Mewtwo's andRayquaza's blizzard for ice beam.
Your Typhlosion should have flamethrower instead of fire blast.
Your Zapdos should have thunderbolt instead of thunder.
Kyogre is fine.
Take away Rayquaza's Hyper beam for earthquake

I would give your team 8/10

For zapdos teach it zap cannon and typlosian you must get rid of return and teach it earthquake.

Replace Swampert with a grass type and delete Mewtwo's Recover for TM Fire Blast. Otherwise, it would be an awesome team.

Maybe teach Typhlosion flamethrower instead of return. But I don't know, if Return makes a serious damage to your oppoent don't change it.

Dude, thats one sweet six. Id say teach your typhlosian ice punch or blizzard instead of return. And maybe make your swampert hold a focus band and teach it endeavour, that'll be awsome. Could you please also help me make changes to my weak-but-cute/cool six

Grovyle lvl 100 - double team, solar beam, leaf blade, ariel ace.
Zangoose lvl 100 - solarbeam, thunder, fire blast, hydrop pump.
Quilava lvl 100 - flame wheel, agility, dig, flamethrower.
Rattata lvl 100 - hyper fang, super fang, solarbeam, quick attack.
Swellow lvl 100 - wing attack, endeavour, ariel ace, fly.
Spoink lvl 100 - bounce, psychic, aurora beam, psybeam.

Thats not my best team but I hope you like it, enjoy the changes I told you.
Oh, and psychic is spelled p-s-y-c-h-i-c.

IceFire

A very good team. Its almost perfect, but you need to change some of your movesets. Mewtwo is perfect. Swampert; I think it would be better of knowing Muddy Water instead of Dynamic punch. Replace Rayquaza's Outrage with Flamethrower or Fire Blast, and replace Blizzard with a powerful Dragon type move like Dragon Claw. Kyogre should lose Thunderbolt and learn Thunder in it's place. Get rid of Hydro pump or Water Spout and replace it with Ice beam. Zapdos is fine, but it could do with knowing Drill peck instead of charge. Typhlosion is too good a Pokemon to know Return. Replace it with Flamethrower, and maybe lose Flame wheel for Earthquake. Now, I don't know about it being the absoulute ultimate team, but after you have done what I said, it will definately have been improved.

Perfect team, though I would have ALAKAZAM in stead of ZAPDOS

This is really more of a forum-type question, because team-rating is half of the threads there.

Mewtwo - A lot of people don't take advantage of Mewtwo's impressive Atk score. An interesting moveset for him would be Psychic, Future Sight, Ancientpower and Thunderbolt.

He doesn't need Recover because if you keep yourself well stocked, you won't ever have a situation where you need it, as Mewtwo is denied access to the Battle Frontier.
Swampert - Blizzard for Ice Beam and Dynamicpunch for Brick Break and you're good.

Rayquaza - Wow. You sure like Blizzard, don't you? Save it for the Pokemon that can get a STAB from it. Give him Dragon Claw, Earthquake or Crunch (depending on nature), Dragon Dance if you choose Earthquake, or anything if Crunch, and Ancientpower.

Kyogre - Sheer Cold stinks - get rid of it. Delete Hydro Pump for Water Spout, Thunderbolt for Thunder, which gets 100% accuracy due to Drizzle, and Sheer Cold for Ice Beam. Or, if you have Adamant, go with Rock Slide, Water Spout, Double-Edge and Dragon Dance or something.
Zapdos - Charge!??!?! No way! Get Drill Peck and Steel Wing.

Keep Thunder, just use Zapdos after using Kyogre. Keep Fly if you like, but you could also teach that to Ray.
Typhlosion - Instead of Flame Wheel AND Fire Blast, get something in the middle - or even better, Overheat and White Herb works great. Get Slash instead of Flamewheel - otherwise A-OK.

It won't be the "ultimate six", as there is no such thing, but it will definately be better.

First thing first. There is NO best team. All teams have flaws no matter what moves they have! Ok now that we have that cleared on to the rating.

Mewtwo: First of all you should replace Blizzard with Psybeam/Psywave. Then you MIGHT want to replace Thunder with Shadow Ball or another dark move.

Swampert: Incredible. The only thing is that Dynamic Punch isn't the BEST of moves. Try replacing with something else.

Rayquaza: Lose Blizzard and Thunder for Ancient Power and another move.

Kyogre: Replace Thunderbolt with Thunder! With it's abilty it makes Thunder NEVER miss! Also replace Hydro Pump with Surf for a little better accuracy.

Zapdos: Replace Thunder Wave with Shock Wave.

Typhlosion: Great! You don't need to change anything.

You should make your Pokemon on level 200 like me .

Work as hard as you can to get deoxys then train him to lvl 100 if he isnt that lvl.

I don't know much about the new Pokemon emerald though
