I'm not sure, but there is a code for them on Sapphire. Not that that would help you any, of course.

U have to get to the Pokemon leage don't beat trade with a friend to get regi rock steel or ice than go to lilycove talk to the guy on the right than go to the Pokemon leage and the market guy should say wow you met a registeel (aka any regi but I had registeel) than he should give you registeel doll.

Trade with friends to get regi.

Code is made of suck. Yes you get items, but they are all in the wrong slots every one of them. Dolls as desk ect. And it causes glitches even after turned off. Weird colors on the walls, float around ect
