Look in the grass on top of Mt. Pyre. I'll take a while to find it though

On Mt. Pyre on the right (and maybe the left) patch of grass at the Peak. They're quite rare btw.

Well if you mean chimecho well he is at the top of mt pyre were the old guy and girl is. You look in the grass but sadly it is very rare to fing it took me 40 mins to find.
If you mean chinchou it is in the seaweed at the bottom of the sea anywere
