I'm assuming it's an AR code, and it means if you hold down the R or Right Side Button on the back of your GBA when the battle ends you'll get a ton of extra experience points for the battle. However, I'm not sure how exactly it may influence your stat increases at level up; you might want to have the poke hold the macho brace to get extra help with that.
