Question for Pokemon Emerald

I'm looking for the berry crush machine and I can't find it can someone help me. How do you make pokeblocks and berry powder. Please help I'm trying to get milotic.

The Berry crush machines are in the Pokemon centers... (You need to connect with your friends to use them, in the direct corner I believe). You make pokeblocks in Lilicove in the contest hall. You make berry powder with the Berry crush machines.

The berry crush is a two to five player wireless game and you make pokeblocks in the lilycove contest hall.

You can only use Berry Crush if you're linked Wirelessly to someone else-it'll come up on the wireless menu at the counter if you have a wireless.So no berry powder either.
As far as making pokeblocks, you just need to get to the Lilycove contest center(it's actually the only contest center in this version), get your Pokeblock Case from the girl there, and then go up to one of the machines with people standing at them and you can make pokeblocks with them-you don't need anyone to link with.

To make pokeblocks you have to go to lilycove city and in the Pokemon contest place you will see people in the box place and they will help you and idont know how to crush berries sorry
