Walrein and ninetales are okay choices, but for pulse I would recommend substituting a raichu or manetric. As for mightyena I would swap it with with aggron or keep it and train up a Bagon to a salamence then you should be able to sweep through almost all the elite 4 but add another counter to water in your team, maybe a vileploom or tropius.
