Please help me. I need to know where the evolution stones are?

The only other two I remember about are the Fire stone (in the Fiery Path) and the Moon Stone (in the Meteor Falls). There are other ways of obtaining stones though. You can find the Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue shards for the Treasure hunter. You can trade stones from Fire Red/Leaf Green to Pokemon Emerald.

Theres a leaf stone on route 119. There's a fire stone in that fire path thing. Then there are green, red, blue and yellow shards you can find around route 124-126. Those can be traded in for stones in a little house on it's own little island just west of Mossdeep city.

Sun Stone - Mossdeep Space Center or Wild Solrock (rare)
Moon Stone - Meteor Falls Ground Floor
Water Stone - Abandoned Ship RM. 4 or recieve from Shard Collector on Route 124 (Blue Shard required)
Leaf Stone - Route 119 or likewise on Route 124 (Green Shard required)
Thunder Stone - New Mauville (next to Generator) or Route 124 for Yellow Shard
Fire Stone - Fiery Path (behind Strength rock) or Route 124 for Red Shard
