Where can I get the tm thunderbolt?
I need a powerful and accurate lightning move to go against the elite 4, I have thunder but it's not accurate, I think thunderbolt would be better.... Where can I get it?

TM24 (Thunderbolt) can be bought from the Mauville City Game Corner.

Talk with Wattson in Mauville City then he may seek help from you to shut down the generator that located right of the Cycling Road. After you get the Basement Key, you may be able to surf then enter the generator (New Mauville). You may refer the gameplay video instead such as this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDojQsms5Fg)
